Donations
Donations made to SEWA Europe are voluntary charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable.
If you have made a donation in error, made a duplicate payment, or believe an incorrect amount was charged, please contact us at:
We will review the request and determine whether a refund is appropriate.
Recurring Donations
If you have established a recurring donation, you may request cancellation of future donations at any time.
Cancellation will apply to future payments and does not automatically reverse donations that have already been processed.
Events and Tickets
The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to an event will be stated on the relevant event registration page.
Where a ticket is explicitly marked as non-refundable or non-transferable, it cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.
If SEWA Europe cancels an event, registered participants will be informed about the applicable refund or alternative arrangements.
Courses and Training
The cancellation terms for courses and training programmes will be displayed on the relevant registration page before payment.
Where a booking is non-refundable or non-transferable, this will be clearly stated.
